Look like Google's latest incursion into the "social graph" is now available to all. With the Google +1, which many can think of as being Google's Like Button (in Facebook-speak), you'll be able to see results your friends have "vetted" for... which can come in handy... if you're friends are trustworth.
You can activate Google +1 on Google Labs right now.
