A truly magnificent chat log, from a customer inquiring Comcast regarding: "Is You Is, Or Is You Ain’t Blocking My Torrents?"
It would be hilarious if it weren't so damn serious.
I particularly dread the thought they can start "delaying" other types of traffic whenever/however they wish - at least until a large number of their current customers gets fed up and switches to another ISP!
... I also begin to suspect those tech support guys must either be: artificial intelligent "bots", answering with those preset answers - or undergo an extreme brain-wash program in a super secret agency. (And I guess all ISP around the world have contracts with them - as my ISP also gives me the exact same answers - talk about conspiracy theories coming true!)
