Windows 7 Taskbar

One of the most visible changes in Windows 7 is its upgraded taskbar.

But better than any written explanation, is seeing how it works. Check the following video:

I think its a step in the right direction; but I don't think it will be enough to "amaze" anyone already using OS X or any Compiz-flavored Linux, both offering similar features for quite some time now.

  1. (Cough) KDE RIPOFF! (Cough)

Seriously, go look at any Linux distro running KDE3 or KDE4.
See something familiar? Yes that right - MS yet again copied from another OS.

  2. And?

Shouldn't they copy OS features from eachother?

As long as it enhanced user productivity, I don't know what's the problem with "copying" those things (no matter if it's windows copying from linux, or viceversa, etc.)

Or should I brag about so many features that were copied from my old Amiga Workbench OS and say they're complete ripoffs? ;)
