How many touches can iPad detect?

There's so much talk about "multitouch" devices, but for most cases no one really knows how many touches multitouch really means. Is it just two, or five, or ten?

Well, this is a quite enlightening video, showing the iPad handling 10 simultaneous touches without any problem. In fact, the iPad can handle up to 11 simultaneous touches!
(I think that should be enough for most Apps you might want to use it for... :)
