We all know that most software could probably benefit from optimizations, and no matter how fast the latest Android might seem, there should be enough room in there to make it a bit faster... The surprise is to see just how much faster it can actually get, as the guys from Linaro put their hands on the ICS source, and came up with a 100% faster Android!
Best of all, those improvements are now heading to CyanogenMod, meaning that before long, millions of users might benefit from it as well.
My only question is: if these improvements are really so amazing... what is Google waiting for to implement it in their official Android builds? Let's hope that's what they'll do... soon.
