Google Ends Custom Background Images Support

You may love the endless customization features you have on Android... but if you were using the custom background image option on Google's iconic search page on the web, I have some bad news for you: Google is announcing that it will terminate support for the custom background images next November 16th.

Though it's just a cosmetic feature - that I suspect is used by only a tiny percentage of Google users - I'm sure those who were using it will be annoyed by this. Even so, if you *do* want to keep your custom background image on Google's search page, I'm sure you'll have plenty of option popping up, either via a Chrome extension, or Greasemonkey script, or any other number of ways.
