Facebook "Like" grows into expanded reactions

Ever felt awkward by pressing "like" on something bad, like someone dying? Facebook finally takes care of that with an expanded range of reactions that join the traditional like.

This expanded reaction system was being tested in some countries for some months now, and it seems that the feedback was positive enough for Facebook to implement it globally for everyone. Basically, instead of being limited to pressing like on anything, you can now use a wider range of emoticons to better express your feelings, with things like: Love, Haha, Wow, Sad or Angry.

That should take care of those situations like sad news (or maddening ones, that deserve a Angry emoticon), and you can access them by pressing on the like button.

... I just wonder how long it will take for us to get some special sponsored reactions - now that Facebook is considering to add sponsored content to it's Facebook Messenger.
