Shuttle Intros Touchscreen LCD

The "touch" generation is here, and I wouldn't be surprised if - soon- all display devices (or at least, most of them) will have touch-capablity.

For now, Shuttle has introduced its XP19 LCD monitor, which looks rather nice.

Behind the touchscreen and the metal case there's an 19" LCD screen with 1680x1050.

I wonder how much it costs, and what kind of touchscreen technology it uses (resistive? capacitive? multitouch?)

I'm just wondering how much till we can get one of these with an integrated Splashtop desktop environment that would allow us to browse the internet and do basic work without requiring a full blown PC. :)
